Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dungeon platform at enterdungeon.cc and the DungeonCast service at dungeoncast.cc (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access our Services, you must submit an application and be approved by an administrator. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the application process
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

3. Credits and Payments

Our Services operate on a credit-based system. Credits may be purchased through our Buy Me a Coffee page or earned through referrals.

  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold to other users
  • Credit prices and redemption rates are subject to change at any time
  • Referral credits are awarded at our discretion and may be revoked if abuse is detected
  • All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for errors or issues on their platforms

4. Subscriptions and Services

Credits may be redeemed for access to Stremio streaming accounts and DungeonCast website. By redeeming credits:

  • You understand that website access is provided on a month-to-month basis
  • Website access expires at the end of the subscription period unless renewed with additional credits
  • Website availability is not guaranteed and may be interrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, or other factors beyond our control
  • We do not guarantee specific content availability or uninterrupted access
  • Credentials provided for website access are for your personal use only and must not be shared

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or streaming credentials with others
  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other members
  • Send spam, malicious content, or illegal material through our messaging system
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of our Services
  • Use our Services in any way that violates the terms of any third-party service we rely on

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design elements of the Dungeon platform are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our Services without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Any specific content or channel will be available at any given time
  • The Services will meet your specific requirements

We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Credits remaining in your account at the time of termination are forfeited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
